Here's one of latest CREATIONS!
I hope you get the joke. I know when I go to the VET, it is usually over $100 and I'm often left to wonder why it cost so much! I think they do this when you're not looking.

Hope it makes you smile today!

Young Adult Christian Book

I just wanted to make public my excitement. I am being considered to illustrate a Young adults fiction book series, that is Christian based. Lord willing, this will be a testimony to the creative gifts and talents the Lord has blessed me with. I ask you all to join me in prayer that my hands can be a ministry to young people of today. The first book will be called 'A home for Phoebe' by Yvonne Blake, Illustrated by Jann Richardson (If it be the Lord's Will)
I will keep you informed about the outcome and appreciate all of your prayers.

SHELTER DOGS ROCK soooo please ADOPT ME original dog collage PRINT

The inspiration for this collage came from one of my dear customers. She works in a dog shelter and has a deep love and compassion for canines that need a good home. I too understand this need and am donating 10% of every sale to an animal shelter. This print image measures 7.5" x 9.5" with a white border for framing. All on a 9” x 12” slightly ‘linen-canvas textured’, soft sheen paper. Prints are signed and dated at the bottom. They are wrapped in tissue, then shipped in a mailer between two matt boards. (A pendant of this collage will be coming soon!)

You can purchase this print at my etsy shop for $15 with free shipping. Just go to

Tree Regressions. Original Mixed Media Collage Painting
Description
Description“Tree Regressions” is an original mixed media collage painting on canvas. The sides are painted black to give the piece a finished look - it also means that you don't have to worry about framing it! The entire piece is sealed with a layer of satin varnish. A high gloss coat can be given to it upon request.InspirationI love looking down a line of trees, and seeing how they naturally regress, although you know they're pretty much all the same - the perspective is like nature's form of mathematics: breathtaking.Measurements6 x 6 x .75"

He's my new INSPIRATION

I just can't stop! I have been creating items since I was a little girl. Most of my creations have been given to family and friends or sold in galleries but I thought etsy was a great place to become more 'public'.My first thought was to create 'story' pendants featuring my yellow lab. I don’t know about you, but I’ve had a lot of dogs but none like ‘LARRY’. No, ‘Larry’ is not his real name, but it fits him best. I suppose we should have known since on the day he was born, he decided it was better to head outside in the freezing snow than to snuggle up next to his mother. He nearly froze to death and I think this is where the BRAIN DAMAGE began. So,'Larry’ became my inspiration for my new collection of collages and pendants. go see them at http://www.inabit.etsy.com/

Here is one of my favorite creations. It all started because I found this wonderful vintage school glass globe. I knew it would make a neat light fixture. I went on to find the wire candle holder. I modified it so it would fit around the globe. This way you can have the light on or light the candles for a romantic look. I then went thru my many finds and ran across the off white plaster finials from some drapery rods. I attached them to the bottom of the globe. I also added a metal 'lace-like' bowl to the top to continue in the shabby chic look. I then wanted to give it a more elegant look, so I finished it with some clear beads. It measures approximately 22" across and 16" high. This chandelier would be charming in any setting and what a conversation piece.
